New in Store - 19th March 2017

I made a big dint in the backlog of stock that I had to list up on the website this week. So much so that I've had to break today's post up into 3 sections :) First up I have some new pre-cut bundles from Riley Blake Designs and Heather Bailey. Some cute little halloween and caravan designs, also from Riley Blake Designs. And while not as exciting the ever necessary ironing aids, if you have to iron you may as well make it as easy as possible :)

I know how much you all love cat fabric, I have several new ones this week from Andover, Cocoland and Kokka. Also from Kokka there are new Alice in Wonderland prints as well as a very awesome cassette tape design. From Robert Kaufman I have the new KISS fabric range featuring a panel with 4 co-ordinating prints.

And last but not least we have the new Tabby Road collection from Tula Pink, this is the only meterage that I have. I will be getting the 2.5" rolls, 5" and 10" charm squares sometime next month.

New in Store - 19th February 2017

Save 10 - 25% off Cork Fabric until Friday 24th February 2017
The new shipment of cork fabric has arrived from Portugal, all the favourites are back including natural and black cork, plain or with gold and silver flecks. There are also a number of new release colours.

New in Store - 17th April 2016

This week a very large order of bag hardware arrived so most items are now restocked and I now have 40mm Silver Triangular Rings and 20mm Antique Brass Flat O-rings. There are a few new Frida Kahlo and Mexican Day of the Dead fabrics and a variety of haberdashery and sewing tools have also finally made it onto the website.

New in Store - 19th July 2015

This week a number of haberdashery items have been restocked or added to the store, including rotary cutters and blades, thread heaven and chalk pencils. We have also done a big restock of You Sew Girl patterns and associated bag making supplies.

New in Store - February 2

This week the focus was on adding Haberdashery items to the web store including scissors, insul-bright insulated wadding and clover sewing aids. There is also new bag making hardware, Rasant thread and a new class.

Rasant thread has also been listed this week. We have a select range of colours that we feel work well with the majority of the colours throughout our fabric range.


New bag making hardware now available, these items are all 20mm (3/4") and we sourced them specifically for the Madison Wallet Bag Pattern by Sew Serendipity.

Last but not least, we have a new sewing class available - Introduction to Sewing with Knit Fabric (April 13). This is a great little course for both beginners and experienced sewists who aren't confident using stretch fabrics. Once you make your first tee you will never buy one off the rack again! Super quick, super easy and sweatshop free.

New Fabric, Cake Patterns and Haberdashery in Store This Week - September 1

This week we have a heap of new Japanese designs from Kokka and Cosmo Textiles including kawaii pandas, hipster kitties and vintage cameras. There is also a green wild animal print that would make the cutest little shorts for the little man in your life :)
